No, we welcome applications from startups worldwide. However, if selected, you must be willing to implement your solution in Dubai.

Can we apply with an idea, or do we need a prototype?
You must have at least a working prototype or MVP. Concept-only applications will not be considered.
How will the winners be selected?

Who owns the IP of the submitted solutions?
